Answer: The title is kept in the owner’s possession at all times until the vehicle is sold.
Answer: We accept cash, money wire-transfer, or cashier’s check. All payments will be verified by a licensed credit institution prior to accepting any funds for your vehicle.
Answer: Although it is not typical, if your vehicle does not sell in 45 days or less, you have a few choices:
- We will have a guaranteed cash price for you at the end of 45 days from one of our many cash buyers.
- You may continue to keep selling your vehicle with iAutoAgent until it sells.
Answer: iAutoAgent purchases the car from you upon the completion of the transaction.
Answer: To ensure minimal expenses on our end, offer you an excellent price for your vehicle, and provide the next buyer with a below-market rate, you have the option of either retaining your car at your residence and using it while we handle its marketing or allowing us to store it at our facility.
Answer: Yes. In order for someone to take a test drive, they must provide a copy of full-coverage insurance, a valid driver’s license, and sign an Assumption of Liability form agreeing to take full responsibility for any damage they may cause when test driving your vehicle.
Answer: At iAutoAgent, we rely on our advanced software, granting us access to up-to-date and historical data, rather than conventional sources like KBB, NADA, or Edmunds, to determine the value of your Car accurately. Rest assured that once we sell your Car, you’ll receive the agreed-upon amount without any hassle.
Answer: Yes. iAutoAgent takes care of paying off your loan and will handle the entire transaction.
Answer: Before iAutoAgent finalizes the transaction with the new owner, we do need the seller to provide proof of funds. If the amount owed on the car is higher than its value, you will be responsible for settling the remaining balance at the conclusion of the transaction.
Answer: On a vehicle that does not have a lien, the owner will receive proceeds via electronic check within 1 business days after all funds have cleared iAutoAgent’s account. On a vehicle that has a lien, iAutoAgent will furnish you a check after the transaction is completed, all loans are paid, and lien releases are provided to the buyer.
Answer: In the near future, we will expand to other states. As of now our radius is 35 miles from the city of St. Louis.

Answer: Yes. They are available for most of our vehicles. We let you choose the plan that fits you best at a price that is advantageous for you.
Answer: Our prices are remarkably affordable due to our identity as a technology company specializing in the automotive industry. We’ve developed an efficient process that eliminates the need for extended visits to traditional dealerships. By operating with significantly lower margins compared to regular dealers, we can bypass the expenses associated with maintaining physical buildings or lots.
