Answer: Some of our vehicles sell in less than a day, some in less than a week; but since we cover every cost of selling your vehicle, we ask for a minimum of 45 days to get your vehicle sold.

Answer: The title is kept in the owner’s possession at all times until the vehicle is sold.

Answer: We accept cash, money wire-transfer, or cashier’s check. All payments will be verified by a licensed credit institution prior to accepting any funds for your vehicle.

Answer: Although it is not typical, if your vehicle does not sell in 45 days or less, you have several choices:

#1 We will have a guaranteed cash price for you at the end of your agreement.

#2 You may continue to keep selling your vehicle with iAutoAgent® until it sells.

#3 You may continue to try to sell on your own and owe us nothing.

Answer: We never take ownership of your vehicle. You remain the owner of the vehicle throughout the whole transaction.

Answer: In order to keep our overhead low, offer you top dollar on your vehicle, and provide lower-than-market pricing to the next buyer, you get to keep your vehicle at your house and drive it while we are marketing it for you.

Answer: Yes. In order for someone to take a test drive, they must provide a copy of full-coverage insurance, a valid driver’s license, and sign an Assumption of Liability form agreeing to take full responsibility for any damage they may cause when test driving your vehicle.

Answer: We don’t use any of the books such as KBB (Kelley Blue Book), NADA, or Edmunds to value your vehicle. We use our cutting-edge software which provides us access to up-to-date national data on your vehicle. Once your vehicle is sold by iAutoAgent®, you receive that guaranteed amount of money promised to you.

Answer: Yes. iAutoAgent® takes care of paying off your loan with the buyer’s funds and will handle all transactions at the bank that has your loan.

Answer: That is okay. We do require proof of funds from the seller prior to iAutoAgent® completing the transaction with the new owner.

Answer: On a vehicle that does not have a lien, the owner will receive proceeds via electronic check within 1-2 business days after all funds have cleared iAutoAgent’s® account. On a vehicle that has a lien, iAutoAgent® will furnish you a check after the transaction is completed, all loans are paid, and lien releases are provided to the buyer.

Answer: At the buyer’s request, we are happy to provide a Carfax or Autocheck at the time of showing; however, in our experience there are a lot of inaccuracies in those reports. That is why we go above and beyond by providing a complimentary certified independent inspection from a 3rd party on your prospective vehicle.
